Monkey

Last Pday I took a ferry to a small Island. We biked to the top of a mountain to a massive statue of Buddha. There were a lot of monkeys πŸ’ πŸ™ˆ. 

We had zone conference. It was stressful. The food was insane. They dont mess around here. 

We found an all you can eat meat/sushi/ice cream place for 2,000 yen. Its like 12 dollars.

We are going to find some today. 

I love Easter. This time of year has always been my favorite time of year. There is always a new sense of hope that comes in the spring. 

I met a guy and he brought his daughter to english class. Not crazy, but it made me happy. すてきγͺぼうし

  What's up everyone!!!!! Saturday is my P-day at the Mtc so here is my first email. Its going to be short and sweet.πŸ˜ƒ The MTC is awesome. I genuinely had a great first couple days. My district is awesome and I landed eagle on my kendama. It was genki. πŸ˜† I have had 6 aloha plates in 3 days.... (it's mobettahs but not quite as good). I'm hoping I don't get sick of them.  I am known in my district for making the shimais (sisters) smile.  All jokes aside it's been fun to lock in and focus on the work. The spirit is everywhere and it's fun to be so intune with it. I feel like I have learned a lot already. Japanese will be a challenge but I'm stoked to start learning more. Niceshouuuu πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€

 When Japanese people play basketball they arent afraid to let it rip from deep. Everytime they do, their whole team yells, "Niceshouuu" it means nice shot🀷‍♀️. There were a lot of niceshouus that got launched over the backboard. It was fun. I met a guy I called Stefu San. (like Steph curry) he was genki. (FUN) We found a lot of new friends this week that have a lot of potential. The lord us really preparing the hearts of people in Shimogamo! Its so much fun. Its super fun to meet up with random people online here.🀷‍♀️  I had a really tasty Tonkatsu. We had stake conference yesterday and it was awesome! It was super fun talking to members! Kinkakuji is awesome! Its a cool golden tower! Pictures below.
