Mukbong!!!!

こにちは Hello everyone. Life is super genki. There is not much to talk about. Highlights Seeing friends around the MTC Mukbong parties with the Koreans. We all meet up and eat Ramen and have a good time after class. It's so much fun. It's normally a battle for the microwaves,  but when we walk in everyone clears out. Haha The Japanese is coming along. It is really fun to learn and study.  I got my visa, so I will be heading straight to Japan. I met some Hill Billie's from west virginia, and they loved talking about the Appalachian and Bigfoot!! (Grassman) Goodbye Elder Larson 😔(I am officially now the MTC unc) I would like to invite you all to rely on Jesus Christ more this week. Think of his sacrifice for you, and apply his atoning power into your life. The most important thing I have learned here is how real his love and mercy is. イエス・キリストによてわたしたちはしあわせをかんきます. (Through Jesus Christ we can feel joy) Japanese word: おいしい (oishii) ((tasty)) Love you all! Sorry for the short ...

こんにちは、みなさん。 What's up guys? Pohlman Chodo here. Um, it's 6:00 on B-day, and I just got home. It's not really been a B-day, but it's been fun. Just got back from the temple, did seedlings. It was a good time. This week, nothing really too crazy happened. Japanese has been a grind. It's really fun though. It's a good challenge. Life is just good. The food's great. My district loves the food. Makes for a good time. I love seeing my friends, all my fellow elders. Excited for you guys to keep coming. My highlight of the week was, it was probably last Sunday, I got to play the piano in, in sacrament meeting. Played Armies of Healmen. My grandparents love that song. So, shout out to them. But, yeah, it was fun. Everybody was, everybody was loving it. It's fun of you to show my talents. Sorry about the voice message. I didn't really have time to type an email. But, love you all. Hope that you guys are all doing good. Um, send me an email if you'...

こんにちは! (Konichiwa) ((Hello)) I am doing great 👍 (Mtc barber chopped my hair) . The Mtc is actually so fun. My district is amazing and makes learning 日本語 really fun.  We went full immersion on Thursday and it is pretty crazy. I feel like I am learning a lot but by the end of the night my brain is fried.  The food is good but has destroyed my stomach. (4 glasses of chocolate milk will do that to you.....) I like playing volleyball. (All the volleyballers get mad when I cook. ) A highlight of the week was when we searched every vending machine on the campus to find Elder Kim a hotpocket. The last machine was full of them but it was broken. 😔  So we are going hotpocketing Monday. I feel like I am at a spiritual buffet. Every night I go to bed amazed at how truly amazing this gospel is. Every question, concern, trial, or challenge can be solved with the atonement of Jesus Christ. He lives! So turn to him! Missionary work is so cool. I hope you are all doing well. I mi...

What's up everyone!!!!! Saturday is my P-day at the Mtc so here is my first email. Its going to be short and sweet.😃 The MTC is awesome. I genuinely had a great first couple days. My district is awesome and I landed eagle on my kendama. It was genki. 😆 I have had 6 aloha plates in 3 days.... (it's mobettahs but not quite as good). I'm hoping I don't get sick of them.  I am known in my district for making the shimais (sisters) smile.  All jokes aside it's been fun to lock in and focus on the work. The spirit is everywhere and it's fun to be so intune with it. I feel like I have learned a lot already. Japanese will be a challenge but I'm stoked to start learning more. There are thousands of missionaries going all over the world. It's a cool sight.  Jesus lives. Love you all -Pohlman Chourou Your weekly Japanese learning: Shu shu shyouze It means lock in. 🔒
