Its True 🙇‍♂️ 🌞

 For a solid part of this week I was feeling super discouraged. Day in and day out for 5 weeks this transfer I have grinded. I have pushed myself, in the hopes of finding, teaching, and helping someone else come to the joy of the true gospel of Jesus Christ. But very little success has been seen.


I have spent a lot of time in the scriptures.

I have pondered, and prayed a lot regarding the people I am serving, and my missionary work.

I have had hope and faith that the lord would magnify my efforts.

Recently I had an experience after reading about the story of Joseph Smith. When God the father, and Jesus Christ appeared to him. 

I thought, "How am I , or how are we any different than he was? "

I knelt down on my kitchen floor of a small little room in Takamatsu Japan. I prayed with all my heart to have the mysterys of God unfolded unto me...

During the past 6 months I have sought after a lot of things. I have sacrificed a lot of things in order to hopefully become a more devoted disciple of my savior Jesus Christ, and to understand his will better.

This prayer was different than any other prayer has been before...

Today I would like to testify that I know Jesus Christ lives. I know God is a God of Miracles. They did not appear to me, but through the Holy Ghost I stand as a sure witness the gospel I came to teach in Japan is the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

Its True.

Mtc Week 1..... (goated)

  What's up everyone!!!!! Saturday is my P-day at the Mtc so here is my first email. Its going to be short and sweet.😃 The MTC is awesome. I genuinely had a great first couple days. My district is awesome and I landed eagle on my kendama. It was genki. 😆 I have had 6 aloha plates in 3 days.... (it's mobettahs but not quite as good). I'm hoping I don't get sick of them.  I am known in my district for making the shimais (sisters) smile.  All jokes aside it's been fun to lock in and focus on the work. The spirit is everywhere and it's fun to be so intune with it. I feel like I have learned a lot already. Japanese will be a challenge but I'm stoked to start learning more. Niceshouuuu 🏀🏀🏀

 When Japanese people play basketball they arent afraid to let it rip from deep. Everytime they do, their whole team yells, "Niceshouuu" it means nice shot🤷‍♀️. There were a lot of niceshouus that got launched over the backboard. It was fun. I met a guy I called Stefu San. (like Steph curry) he was genki. (FUN) We found a lot of new friends this week that have a lot of potential. The lord us really preparing the hearts of people in Shimogamo! Its so much fun. Its super fun to meet up with random people online here.🤷‍♀️  I had a really tasty Tonkatsu. We had stake conference yesterday and it was awesome! It was super fun talking to members! Kinkakuji is awesome! Its a cool golden tower! Pictures below.
