🚨Insane Find🚨

 We picked up garbage in a river for a service activity. When we finished we were all gathered up waiting for this one older guy. He wondered back with a HAWK in is garbage back.... He didnt really say much about it. I'll put a picture in. 🤷‍♀️

-One friend asked us to pray before we ate together! (We always do with our friends, but he prefired us!)

-I ate ジュムボチスチケン you litterly say it. Jumbo Chizu Chicken.  Picture below. 

-We tried Kanban. Its homeless man finding with a cardboard sign that says practice english with us. I have never been so embarrassed. Hundreds of college kids walking by us and laughing. We found a friend from it though! 😀 so fun

-Last pday me and Elder Strong went fishing. 🐟 🎣  (we got 🥯) it was beautiful!

-The talked to a member for about 5 minutes in Japanese!!! 😀 

-The other elders got in 2 bike crashes. 🤷‍♀️ 

I played the piano in Sacrament meeting!! It was super awesome! (I am also now the primary pianist) Super 😁 😂 

The 🌳 are beautiful and worth writing about every email.

This week was a little challenging. I have had this excitement to serve a mission for over a year now. Since filling out my papers, getting my call, going to the MTC, and traveling to Japan I have been super excited. The excitement has worn off and it sometimes feels like I am an 18 year old boy in Japan that can't speak the language and is trying really hard to help others, without much effect. Its been realky easy to think like this, but as I have focused on Jesus Christ I have seen a massive change in my role here as a missionary. 

-I've noticed the smiles of the people I have talked to. 

- I have noticed the talents I have been able to share.

- I have seen the Lord turn hours of fruitless finding time into success. When we are tired and want to go home we find people at stoplights ready to accept our message.

- I have seen the gift of tongues and the spirit soften the hearts of others I teach. 

Without Jesus Christ, a missionary is a young boy or girl living in a foreign country. Its hard. 😟
But
WITH Jesus Christ a missionary can work and see miracles every day. 
Tiredness-->Excitement😀
Love-->Charity❤️
Doubt-->Hope😀
Harsh Self Critisim--> A strong sense of God's love.❤️

If you want to feel joy. Turn your heart to Him. He blessed me this week. He will bless you to.

Mtc Week 1..... (goated)

  What's up everyone!!!!! Saturday is my P-day at the Mtc so here is my first email. Its going to be short and sweet.😃 The MTC is awesome. I genuinely had a great first couple days. My district is awesome and I landed eagle on my kendama. It was genki. 😆 I have had 6 aloha plates in 3 days.... (it's mobettahs but not quite as good). I'm hoping I don't get sick of them.  I am known in my district for making the shimais (sisters) smile.  All jokes aside it's been fun to lock in and focus on the work. The spirit is everywhere and it's fun to be so intune with it. I feel like I have learned a lot already. Japanese will be a challenge but I'm stoked to start learning more. Niceshouuuu 🏀🏀🏀

 When Japanese people play basketball they arent afraid to let it rip from deep. Everytime they do, their whole team yells, "Niceshouuu" it means nice shot🤷‍♀️. There were a lot of niceshouus that got launched over the backboard. It was fun. I met a guy I called Stefu San. (like Steph curry) he was genki. (FUN) We found a lot of new friends this week that have a lot of potential. The lord us really preparing the hearts of people in Shimogamo! Its so much fun. Its super fun to meet up with random people online here.🤷‍♀️  I had a really tasty Tonkatsu. We had stake conference yesterday and it was awesome! It was super fun talking to members! Kinkakuji is awesome! Its a cool golden tower! Pictures below.
